Tobias Kalleder, resident DJ & music director at PLATOON SEOUL playing quality Disco, House, Soul, Jazz & Funk. it all started in 2010, when he realized that seoul needs more quality especially in dance music, that he took up DJing once again. ever since he started to bring his dj skills to seoul’s dancefloors. he is trying to change the dance music landscape and broaden the musical horizon by importing original german techno under the moniker KLLDR as well as great disco and house tunes under his real name to clubs and bars all over seoul and abroad. organizing parties with his friends, booking great artists from all over the world and being resident dj & music advisor at platoon seoul he is slowly but surely achieving his goal of taking dance music in korea one step further towards the next level.

Tobias Kalleder 는 디스코, 하우스, 소울재즈 또는 펑크를 주 장르로 하는 ‘PLATOON SEOUL’의 레지던트 DJ 이자, 뮤직 디렉터이다.
서울 댄스 뮤직씬의 발전을 위해 2010년부터 다시 디제이로서 무대에 오르고 있다. 그는 서울을 비롯한 글로벌 댄스 뮤직씬을 변화시키고, 음악적 지평을 넓히고자 힘쓰고 있다. 함께하는 친구들과 파티를 기획, 해외 각지의 명성있는 아티스트들을 섭외하기도 하고, PLATOON SEOUL의 핵심 멤버로서도 기여하며, 한국 댄스뮤직을 한 단계 발전시키고자 하는 그의 목표에, 다소 느리지만, 분명하게 다가가고 있다.

Tell us about the set you will play in Casa Corona this Wednesday
That’s hard to say, I don’t really prepare sets much, I just have my miscellaneous folders in various genres and recently bought track playlists and usually just wing it depending on the mood of the night. This one i might prepare a bit more but I don’t think I’ll play it safe, that takes the fun out and fuck-ups can be charming as long as they’re not total trainwrecks… Generally I’ll start slow and increase the tempo while play soul, disco and funk plus some latin goodies to fit the casa corona bill.
수요일날 카사 코로나에서 틀 셋을 소개 해주세요
플레이 전 계획적으로 하나의 셋을 준비하지 않기 때문에 다소 대답하기 어려운 질문이다. 그저 폴더의 다양한 장르와 최근 구매했던 트랙과 플레이리스트를 갖고있고, 그날의 무드에 맞춰 플레이 할 뿐. 이번 카사 셀렉터스를 위해 평소보다 특별히 준비하긴 했지만, 정해진 틀대로 하는건 지루하기 때문에 안전하게 플레이하고 싶지 않다. 보통은 카사 코로나만의 바이브에 맞춰 소울, 디스코, 펑크와 라틴느낌들을 베이스로 플레이하며, 느리게 시작하다 점점 업템포로 끌어올리는 스타일로 플레이 하고있다.
